Yes, I've seen plenty of those before. It does not surprise me whatsoever. First he says the potential writers must be from USA, Canada or Australia!, but then he says " do NOT bid if you are not in my time zone"... *giggles* Australia is in the L.A. time zone, I bet. Well, Werner, it is possible he will catch some native English speaker-writer to do this, if this writer desperately needs to pay his bills or alike. Sad, I know :(. The main issue I see here is that whoever accepts working on such a project actually degrades everyone else's price immediately. I had had many offers like this in the past, which I would always kindly reject, never mind how desperately I needed my pay. Desperation attracts egoists, cons and scam. So, I would advise everyone to draw the line for such semi-buyers. But draw just ONE LINE.

No matter what happens to that job posting, that guy will, if he finds anyone at all, get exactly what he "pays" for ...

Well, take a look at his own writing, punctuation etc, and then ask yourself whether such a person can tell the difference between a good and bad writing?

Werner Patels, M.A.

Haha, but I can already tell where this is headed. No matter how good or bad the writer ends up being, he will find something to criticize and thus default on all payments owed to the writer. One of the oldest tricks in the book ...

PROJECT WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIAELY>

So, does this mean we should not pay him for his job post? :-)
