Two new translation blogs

Folks, I have added two new translation blogs to my blogroll.

Le Dico dans la Peau is a blog written in French by Pauline Ratzé.

The other one is a blog, The Wor(l)d-Weary Translator, written by a translator I have known for some time now, Tom Ellett.

Roomy's blog

Roomy Naqvy, a translator based in India, has joined the blogosphere.

In his introductory post he writes:

I used to write poems--published 3 of them and wrote 3 unpublished stories and never completed two unfinished novels. Had aspirations to be a novelist.

Never give up, I say. It's never too late, especially not in Roomy's case, who is only 36 years old.

Sometimes it requires a good push by somebody else – just as my wife has finally prodded me into writing my book about Canada's politics and society (which is coming along nicely).
